Job Description
The Digital Lab Banner Ad Specialist is part of the Digital Lab Banner Ad team and will be responsible for creating and routing iterative banner content for US Commercial marketing teams. Responsibilities include: - Create iterative banner content for A/B tests using the banner platform by leveraging existing banners, cloning the existing banners, and building test and learn content to improve our engagement rates.
- Share banner content testing ideas with Digital Lab Omnichannel Strategists and brand marketers to gain alignment before submitting for review.
- Partner with the internal agency when any graphic design files need updating.
- Route banners created through the Material Review Process to gain approval before handoff to the media deployment agency/team. This includes serving as Project originator for review process and functional testing in highly regulated environment.
- Update banner inventory for brands youre supporting so we have an enterprise view of all the types of banners and recommend if a new enterprise banner template should be created for all brands to leverage.
- Provide enhancement ideas and any issues with the banner content creation tool to the banner product owner to inform the enhancement roadmap.
- Participate in agency feedback sessions to gain exposure to other advertising agencies using the tool

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience of Banner Ad Marketing Experience creating, building, and executing banners
- Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus
- Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.
