Description



Manages the Intervention Center Department to support the operation of 24-hour Intervention Center for Assault and Abuse services. Responsible for resource management, employee and customer relations, and operational standards. Performs evaluations and follows through with disciplinary action as needed.

Required Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Health Care, Nursing or related field Or equivalent educ/experience


  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Or


  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License


  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Notes: (1) License in state of hire, and wherever care is delivered.


  • Staff and/or volunteer supervision.


  • Change facilitation and process/system knowledge.


  • Computer spreadsheet and word processing programs.


  • Leadership skills to include conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, positive interpersonal skills.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Master's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience


  • Grant administration to include writing and submission of grant proposals.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
