We are seeking an experiencedAir Quality Modelerto join our team and contribute to high-impact projects focused onthe development, testing, implementation, and evaluation of air quality models.

• Conduct air quality model simulations and prepare model evaluation products
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate modeling results

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including atmospheric scientists and emissions modeling experts

• Stay updated with the latest developments in air quality modeling and tools

Minimum Qualifications:

• MS or PhD in computer science, meteorology, atmospheric science, or other scientific/mathematical field + 3 years of experience
• Experience withair quality models, such as the CMAQ modeling system
• Data analysis and visualization experience with Python or R
• Experience working in a Unix/Linux operating system environment and proficiency with scripting languages

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with air quality model evaluation and analysis tools
• Strong analytical skills and expertise with observational datasets and GIS tools
• Experience with the CAMx model
• Publications or technical reports in air quality modeling
• Familiarity with coupled atmosphericmodels (e.g., WRF-CMAQ)
